In their quest for a perfect body, many American men spend a great of deal of time developing a nice masculine-looking muscular chest. Not everyone wants to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, yet many wish to have a chest to rival his. And there are others who simply want more definition.
No matter what the goals are, exercise has been the panacea for a flat chest. However, many men do not have sufficient time to dedicate to exercise. Others, quite simply, do not want to bother. And yet, for some, it is simply impossible to have the chest they want.
Whether or not shared by everyone, the desire to have a powerful-looking chest can be fulfilled by something other than countless hours of grueling exercise. Dr. Chugay has found the solution -- through a procedure aptly named "Pectoral Augmentation."
In the past, physicians have developed several procedures to correct various chest deformities. Uneven, deformed or caved chest cavities, muscle tears and muscular insufficiency could be turned into a vague resemblance of a normal-looking chest via utilization of chest implants.
In the last decade, some plastic surgeons started using pectoral augmentation to enhance cosmetic appearance of patients, mostly men, although some worked on female bodybuilders.
Unlike a female breast augmentation, a chest implant procedure is much trickier. The goal is to achieve not merely a bulge in the chest, but a nice looking "defined" musculature-like appearance.
This is precisely what past methods failed to achieve.
The incision was generally made in the front of the chest, under the chest muscle. This provided for an easy access to the chest muscle, but it had one enormous drawback -- unsightly and visible scars. After all, why have a cosmetic procedure, which makes you look worse?
The implant was then placed OVER the muscle, creating a bulge, which unfortunately did not resemble well-defined musculature. However, the implant shape and materials were such, that the desired look was often not achieved; natural musculature being hard to imitate.
Furthermore, the implant placement, form and materials often caused uneven-looking chest. And who would want to have one side of the chest look bigger or different than the other side?
An even ghastlier complication often occurred -- implant herniation. In laymen's terms, this meant that the implant protruded through the area where the incision was made under the chest.
Dr. Nikolas Chugay has perfected the procedure for cosmetic chest augmentation. Now it is finally possible for a man who does not want to exercise to have an almost-perfect looking chest.
Dr. Chugay has developed an implant which, when placed UNDER the muscle, allows the chest to have curves, closely resembling those of a well-built or a well-defined chest.
By varying the shape, size and placement of the implant, Dr. Chugay is able to create a custom-like appearance to satisfy the most demanding of connoisseurs.
In this procedure, a flexible solid SILICONE IMPLANT is used. This solid implant is soft enough to look and feel natural. The texture of it is such that it resembles natural human muscle. Solid silicone implant can not rupture. Neither a hit on the chest, nor an accidental fall would be risky. Consequently, the FDA does not have a problem with such implants.
Called "CHUGAY PECTORAL PROSTHESIS," Dr. Chugay's chest implant, custom-made to patients' wishes, is designed to look and feel natural.
Not only has Dr. Chugay developed a new chest implant, he has created a new method of the operation procedure.
INCISION
The incision is made under the arm. The incision will leave a scar, however, you can not see it, unless one lifts the arms. Such placement does not leave ugly visible scars in the front. Moreover, natural hair found in the armpits, as well as the naturally-lighter coloration of the skin in that area serve to obscure the scars even further.
PLACEMENT
The implant is placed UNDER the chest muscle. Thus, the implant is not visible or noticeable, leaving the chest feel natural and muscle-like. Secured by the chest muscle, the implant is not likely to move. Due to the fact that its shape and size are determined by the patient's wishes and anatomy, a natural-looking well defined chest is achievable. Having a modicum of exercise after the surgery will ensure even better definition (after all, the implant is hiding under the muscle).
METHODOLOGY
Dr. Chugay has developed a method of inserting the implant, which limits the risk of damage to the patient's nerves and blood vessels, found in abundance in the chest cavity and the armpit.
Using blunt instruments and special techniques, Dr. Chugay creates a cavity under the chest muscles and inserts an implant in such a way, so as to virtually eliminate the possibility of chest damage. The full description of the technique is beyond the scope of this missive. Suffice it to say, any surgeon attempting chest augmentation would do himself (or herself) a great service if they first trained with Dr. Chugay.
Dr. Chugay's pectoral augmentation has its risks -- those inherent in any surgery, whether cosmetic or not. However, the new chest augmentation procedure does not engender the complications found in the older procedures: implant herniation in the front, unsightly look, ugly scars, etc. Now it is finally possible for an average male to look like a bodybuilder or a well-defined model.
Dr. Chugay utilizes a combination of local anesthesia and IV sedation. You will be asleep and comfortable during the procedure. The risky general anesthesia is not used. LEARN MORE ABOUT ANESTHESIA.
