Dr. Nikolas Chugay
Of Russian descent, Dr. Chugay was born in China, grew up in Brazil and was formally educated in the United States. He spent his early years in San Francisco, California. After completing his training, he moved to Southern California to open his practice and currently resides in Newport Beach, California.
Dr. Chugay has over 30 years of experience in Facial Plastic, Aesthetic and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery. He has performed over 30,000 surgical procedures, published numerous articles in medical press, designed many new procedures, and invented several new implants used for muscular augmentation.

Dr. Chugay has appeared in the news all over the world discussing this technique. Its various elements have been presented to other surgeons and have been taught to a group of post-graduate fellows. Dr. Chugay's technique allows the most aggressive and natural-looking results to be accompanied with fastest recovery possible.
A giant industry of cosmetics and beauty products regurgitates assorted renditions of the same old promise of "young-looking skin," "radiant skin tone," etc. However, to date, alpha, beta and other Hydroxy acids, combined with any form of Retin A or Retinol have been unable to eliminate or -- let's face it -- even reduce Crow's-feet.
Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery technique to remove stubborn fat deposits that don't respond to dieting and exercise. Buttocks represent the most challenging area for Liposuction. Thighs, whether medial or lateral, as well as fullness above the knees, are much easier to remedy. After Liposuction, buttocks will often have "baggy" or "puffy" appearance. Sometimes, the skin will even have unpleasant droopy appearance.
