Dr. Chugay is sought out for his aesthetic artistry and a keen sense of beauty by an international clientele of patients who are both from the business community as well as show biz personalities and celebrities in areas such as entertainment, politics and fashion design world.
Dr. Chugay has a plastic surgery center in Beverly Hills and Long Beach, as well as offices in Irvine and Santa Barbara. All of our facilities have state of the art technology. PERSONAL
Dr. Nikolas Chugay, of Russian descent, was born in China, grew up in Brazil and was educated in the United States. He lives in Newport Beach, CA, has a wife and three children.
From 1972 to 1974 Dr. Chugay served as the Third Brigade Surgeon for the 101st Airborne Division. His medical service involved General Medicine, General Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Chugay has over 20 years of Facial Plastic, Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery practice, practicing in California since 1977. He has performed almost 30,000 surgical procedures, published numerous articles in medical press, many new procedures and several new implants.

Up to date Dr. Chugay has personally trained over 30 post-graduate physicians for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. A fellowship with Dr. Chugay is highly desired, but difficult to obtain. Dr. Chugay has presented his innovative and brand-new surgical procedures at various medical congresses throughout the world. Latest Presentations (within the last several months): Orbicularis Surgery (Crow's Feet Removal) in London for the European Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Breast Lift Advances in Newport Beach for the American Academy of Cosmetic Breast Surgery. Dr. Chugay is an artist in his work; after all, one must have a talent of a sculptor to truly beautify human body and face. He uses pictures, computer images and detailed drawings to perform his procedures. Analysis of aesthetic symmetry, computer-aided analysis, mathematical calculations and a good eye allow Dr. Chugay to arrive at the best aesthetic balance for the individual patient.
